Meet Willow Bee!

Willow Bee had come to us all the way from Oklahoma and is now looking to find her forever home. She was in a foster home prior to her arrival, so we have listed some more information below about her!

Willow Bee's Likes:
. Squeaky Toys: if there are other dogs in the home, she will try and take them directly from them.
. Shoes: she had a pair designated to her in her previous foster home and left others alone if they were put away in a closet.
. To sleep in the bed with her humans
. AC!
. Attention: belly rubs and butt scratches
. Playing under blankets

Willow's Dislikes:
. Water and baths

Skills:
. Housebroken
. Walks well on leash, but still needs help learning commands like "stop" and "wait"
. Knows to sit before receiving her food, and knows of a release word to eat her food
. Non-Destructive and can free roam the home when humans are away.
. Good sniffer for birds and moles!
. Best beggar around!
. Let's her humans know when there are new people at the door.

Willow does well with dogs as little as 15 pounds and dog savvy cats. When she wanted to play with them, she knew how to be gentle with them given their size. If there are other dogs in the home, we will want to give her a proper introduction to them to make sure that it would be a good fit!

We had been informed that Willow is quite scared of loud noises, objects being raised in the air, and of being touched with human feet. She will cower or run away to where she feels safe. It is thought that she may not have been treated well in her previous life. Because of this, we feel that Willow would do best in a home with older children.
