Board of Directors – Treasurer (2 year term) CLOSED
A vacancy exists on the AHeinz57 Board, which meets bi-yearly, if not more frequently as needed. Potential candidates should submit a cover letter and resume detailing prior achievements and experience to include accounting experience and accounting software knowledge to mgilchrist@aheinz57.com. Position requires Quickbooks experience and access to a secure pc (updated virus definitions) with internet access. This access is available at our facility if needed.
This position will be filled as soon as possible, but will remain vacant until a suitable candidate is found.
This position shall: make a report at each board meeting, chair the finance committee, assist in the preparation of the budget, help develop fundraising plans, and make financial information available to board members and the public.

This position will be filled as soon as possible, but will remain vacant until a suitable candidate is found.
This position shall: be responsible for keeping records of board actions, including overseeing the taking of minutes at all board meetings, sending out meeting announcements, distributing copies of minutes and the agenda to each board member, and assuring that corporate records are maintained.

At-Large Board Member (1 year term)
A vacancy exists on the AHeinz57 Board, which meets bi-yearly, if not more frequently as needed. Potential candidates should submit a cover letter and resume detailing prior achievements and experience to mgilchrist@aheinz57.com.
This position will be filled as soon as possible, but will remain vacant until a suitable candidate is found.
This position shall chair a minimum of one (1) committee and volunteer in one major aspect of the rescue.
