• I just wanted to reach out say thank you so much for everything you guys have done to allow us to make Lola a part of our lives! We couldn’t be any happier, she has been nothing but a joy to us! She is sweet, cuddly, loving & playful! She is a huge blessing & we are so lucky to have her be a part of our family, she is the perfect fit! We cant thank you or aHeinz enough for everything you have done for us, as well as everything you all do every day! You all are amazing! 🙂
  • I just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you for bringing Willard into our family.  A couple of months ago he started having seizures, and we had to have him put to sleep after he had several and did  not recover from them.  He was the best homework helper, nap taker, movie watcher, game player and all around pal. This dog definitely made our house a home and he is greatly missed.
  • Recon (now Rosco) is awesome.  He was basically trained when we brought him home.  We have a 1 year old Rat terrier and they play HARD all day long.  We  have a doggy door, and they run in and out ( pending on weather) all the time.  Sleeps at the end of the bed all night, kennels when you tell him to, sits, lays down, shakes.  Hes amazing.  And I know the foster system you all have there is why.  Thank you all so much for your help – Nikki
  • Smitten now goes by the name Jarvis Blue (Jarvis from Iron Man, Blue from Jurassic world).  I want to send a very special thank you to Tina, his foster mom!  I never thought we would be so lucky to have our new guy almost a week and not one accident in the house!  We take him out a lot but I am amazed at how well he has done. She clearly loves her foster kids and works above and beyond with them!  I also what to thank the staff that completed our adoption as well as our home visit.   Our 4 yr old had many questions for both and both took the time to focus and talk with him.  Made him feel very special!   And important!   The coordinator even took time to explain the shelter, how they got dogs, the good and the bad and how they go to new homes. You all are very special people and each pup that comes through there is lucky!  Thank you for helping us find our new family member! -Tina, Jared, Jace and Jarvis Blue
  • My husband and I adopted Gingerbread, now known as Ginger, in 2015. She was my husbands companion as he struggled with terminal cancer. They were a perfect match, enjoying outdoor time in the garden throughout the summer and lots of snuggles at nap time. He is now gone; both Ginger and I miss him and are glad to still have each other. I just wanted you to know how much she has meant to us this year. She’s a sweetheart with nice house manners and a loving disposition.  She’s in her forever home and I want to thank you for saving her life and making her available for adoption. May all of you at AHeinz57 Rescue know you make a difference every day – Wanda
