Willow (fka Darla) is a very sweet 2-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer that currently weighs 60 pounds. She originally came to us as a stray in 2023 that had been running for months before a team of our volunteers and employees caught her using a live trap. She was adopted but recently came back to us due to her and her furry sister suddenly not getting along and fighting so we do feel that she would be best as an only dog in the home.
She does get nervous around fast movements and loud noises, so older, calmer children would be ideal for her. The best thing about Willow is seeing her be comfortable enough with people to get the zoomies. This beautiful girl is looking for someone to be patient, love her and make her a member of the family.
